- Every person in the company must consider Workplace Health and Safety, Quality management, and Environmental respect as integral to their role
- Prevention is better than cure: prevention culture must be part of everyone's activity
- Ensure compliance with current regulations on worker health, safety, and environment
- Promote involvement of workers and their representatives in improving products, processes, accident prevention, and reducing negative environmental impacts
- Create products with great attention to environmental sustainability in materials selection, reducing negative environmental impacts, and logistics processes
The Management commits to:
- Provide necessary human and instrumental resources
- Listen to employees for information to improve products, processes, environment, and workplace safety
- Involve and consult Workers including through their representatives
- Disseminate objectives and monitor implementation programs
- Review the management system and company objectives at least once a year
All personnel are invited to collaborate in achieving these company objectives according to their roles and aptitudes.
